An online game of duck duck goose with random winners and excellent swag with the goal of encouraging humans to connect.
Welcome to The Duck Game! It's a simple game to encourage interaction between humans at the conference using NFC enabled stickers. Each round of the game selects a random winner from those that have joined the round.
The game uses the unique url encoded on each NFC sticker to join a round of the game. Once enough humans join a round, a random winner will be selected for some swag. Join as many rounds as you want - game runs all weekend or until there's no more swag!
Talk to others about the stickers and the game. Use them as a conversation starter in line. Have fun.

We set out to build a fun, interactive game that would amplify one of the conference's greatest assets - human interaction and engagement. The 90s website theme was a fun blast from the past and a nostalgic nod to the days of hand-coding with just a text editor. So we hope you enjoy the game, meet some cool people, and maybe learn about NFC.
